The Loft Annex is a suite of 2 rooms, fantastic for families or friends travelling. It consists of a double bedroom with en suite shower room, and a second room which has a set of bunk beds. The upper bunk is rated to 10 stone. The bed in the main bedroom is a standard 5 foot, UK double, which is approximately a US full/queen. Please note the bathroom in this suite is shared with both rooms and is compact. If you are bringing the children, or are a group of 3 or 4, you will all be sharing this bathroom. It has a shower, sink and loo, but it is a small space.

This room is dog friendly for 1 dog. You must provide your own doggy bed and accessories. Up to 2 smaller dogs may be accommodated subject to prior discussion. Dogs must absolutely stay off the furniture particularly the bed(s).

Please note, the Loft Annex is not suitable for anyone with any mobility issues. It has a tight narrow staircase with low headroom, common in older properties in Cornwall.

You may just book the en suite room if there are just 1 or 2 people travelling. The bunk bed room will remain empty and not made up for guests. You have your own entrance with a private secured hallway suitable to keep anything from golf clubs to prams, dirty boots or suitcases.

Important, please read. If you wish to book the entire 2 room suite, please use the Loft Annex Family option in the booking form, if not you will only have the main bedroom made up.

The main bedroom has a Smart TV with apps such as You Tube, Netflix and Amazon Prime, you are welcome to use your accounts or just browse the internet. There are tea and coffee making supplies, including a Nespresso machine with compostable pods and a small counter top fridge. There is hanging space and a small chest of drawers. The bunk bed room has a large desk, stool and travel iron and small ironing board. You are welcome to use these even if you have not booked the room.

This room comes with 1 parking space. The car park fits 2 vehicles. 1 space must remain empty and accessible for cleaning staff and for owners in case of emergencies. Please read the General Information page for detailed information.

If you do bring a large estate car, van etc it may not fit and you will be asked to use one of the many car parks around Padstow. When you arrive please pull in as far as you can and park on the right hand side, to allow for access through the narrow car park entrance.
